Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been married to Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. When he was 13 years old, he moved together with family members to Casper within the Western part of Wyoming in Wyoming, where his father ran the district for soil conservation in Casper to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
